At Reallave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by emailing contact@reallave.com with your order number and reason for return.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us — Email contact@reallave.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive return instructions — We will reply with a return authorisation and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item — Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@reallave.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the faulty or incorrect item

We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@reallave.com.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
