Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs and Import Duties

Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@reallave.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
